Help us understand the problem

Your role in the app and the screen you were using.
What you tried to do and what happened instead, including any error message.
Your app version, shown at the bottom of your profile settings, and your phone model.
A screenshot if it helps. Hide other people's details and any sensitive information first.

Never send verification codes, passwords or M-Pesa PINs. We do not need them to help you. Only send account information privately when it is needed to identify your issue.

Account deletion and privacy

To close your account, email an account-deletion request. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Do not include a verification code.

Feedback and concerns

Send suggestions, concerns about a listing or questions about working with VunaSoko to the same email address. Include the listing title or other details that help us identify the issue.

For purchase arrangements, contact the seller directly after contact is shared. VunaSoko does not process payments or provide delivery services.
