Need a hand with VunaSoko? Here are a few things to know.

Signing in

Use your phone number and enter the verification code sent by SMS. Check that the number is correct and that your phone has a mobile signal. Never share your verification code with anyone.

Finding a seller's contact

Express interest in a listing. The listing owner decides whether to share contact details. Check your interests in the app for their response.

Arranging a purchase

Confirm availability, quality, price and collection directly with the seller. VunaSoko does not take payments or arrange delivery. Check the goods and the other party's details before making a payment.

Reading training materials

Open Training materials in the app to browse articles. Search or filter by value chain to find a topic.
